Cookie policy

Send & Save is operated by OFF THE RECORD BURNLEY LIMITED. We use cookies for sign-in and security, and use the browsing session to connect public page visits with form responses and ticket purchases. We do not use advertising cookies.
What we use cookies for
- Sign-in: so we know it is you as you move around the site
- Journey attribution: to remember which named link, email campaign or public page brought you here, and connect that visit with a response or purchase in the same session
- Security: so forms cannot be submitted by another website on your behalf
Public capture forms do not set advertising cookies. They may use a short-lived session so the form can work securely.
No third-party advertising cookies
We do not run third-party advertising trackers or marketing pixels. Journey records are stored by Send & Save for the organisation whose form or event you use. They record page paths, source labels, timestamps and the referring website’s hostname; they do not store the full referring URL.
How long they last
The sign-in session lasts while you are using the product, then expires. A recorded entry can be attributed to a conversion for up to 30 days while that browser session remains available. Security cookies last for the browsing session. You can delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, you may need to sign in again.
