Terms of service

The service

Send & Save lets hospitality organisations capture guest details on public forms (link, QR, embed, or API), store a tagged list, and send permission-based email campaigns and automations. We may change features as we improve the product.

Accounts

You must give a real work email and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity under your organisation, including team members you invite.

Guest data and email

The organisation is responsible for how it collects guest data and for the content of its emails. You agree that you will:

• Only collect addresses with a clear opt-in (form consent, or a confirmed existing permission for imports)
• Never upload purchased, rented, scraped, or shared lists
• Never send spam, phishing, or misleading content
• Honour unsubscribes and blocks immediately (the product does this for campaign and automation sends)
• Include an unsubscribe path in every marketing email (we require a footer link and one-click unsubscribe)

We may pause or suspend an organisation that harms deliverability or breaks these rules. Pausing one organisation does not stop sending for the others.

Acceptable use

Do not use Send & Save to break the law, probe the service, or send content that is hateful, illegal, or deceptive. Send & Save is only for hospitality (pubs, restaurants, hotels, and similar venues). Do not use it as a bulk email service for unrelated industries. We may disable sending or close an account to protect guests, other customers, or our sending reputation.

Our role

For guest lists, you decide why the data is collected and we process it for you. Our privacy policy explains this. We will process guest data only to provide the service, follow your instructions, and meet the law (for example stopping mail to an address that marked a message as spam).

Availability and liability

We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted sending. Inbox placement depends on your list quality and content as well as our infrastructure. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or mail being filtered. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek an injunction anywhere to protect the service.
